The Company is committed to protecting the privacy of its clients and ensuring the highest level of security for your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how the Company collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information, as well as your rights in relation to the information we hold about you.

This Privacy Policy applies to all users who download, access, or use the mobile applications, websites, or other products or services provided by the Company (collectively, the “Services”).

The Company collects information directly from you when you register on the Services, fill out a form, subscribe to the newsletter, or enter information on the Services.

We use third-party analytics tools, such as Google Analytics for Display Advertisers, to measure traffic and usage trends. • Facilitate a referral of your life insurance policy to a licensed third-party provider.

Any information collected through the Services may be stored and processed by the Company, its affiliates, or Service Providers in the United States, where they maintain offices and facilities. The Company uses commercially reasonable safeguards to help keep the information secure. However, the Company cannot ensure the security of any information you transmit, or guarantee that information on the Services may not be altered, accessed, disclosed, or destroyed.

You have the right to:

• Access and receive a copy of the personal data the Company stores about you.
• Request correction of any incorrect data.
• Request deletion of your personal data under certain circumstances.
• Withdraw consent at any time where the Company relies on consent to process your personal data.

By providing your phone number and opting in to the SMS text services, you agree to receive text message communications from the Company or its affiliated partners, including for marketing purposes or regarding its services. The Company will not share your SMS details with third parties unless it is necessary for providing the services you requested or if legally required.

The Company may modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of those changes. We recommend reviewing this Privacy Policy regularly.
